Strange noise when ignition on? Clio 182

Hope someone can help or advise me.
This is my first Clio its a 182 and I have only had it a couple of weeks, I have just done the belts and de-phaser etc. With the bonnet still up I turned the ignition on and iIcan hear this noise :S

It may have been happening before and I didnt notice it with the bonnet closed and sitting in the car, it just sounds quite loud with the bonnet up andf standing by the side!!

Hopefully someone will tell me its normal and something obvious and that I am just being a numpty
