Seat Rail, with a difference.

My passenger side seat rail is broken but its some thing to do with two small metal parts in the runner.

I have been sent these metal parts but all the instructions are in French.

Now can it be fixed simply by putting these two small bits of metal in?

Also if i post up the sheet of french instructions, can some one translate?

I just changed the rail on that side tbh. 5 nuts and done.
