Rs tuner prices, confused

I know the rs tuner debate has been went over a 100 times but can someone clear up the price issue with them

On there website it says its 199 euro for the module and a map which is around £150 this seems fair for a remap and a obd reader in one.

A used one is about a 100 and license and map is 90 euro which is around £70
So 170 for a used one.

I'm I getting this correct ??? Is there any reason to buy 2nd hand over new.

No, but don't tell anyone like.
because you can but it, use it and flog it on for £100 notes

It works as an ok OBD reader as well.

I understand there will be a delivery charge anyone know what it is ? And the delivery time ? The website is slightly confusing and I made a couple of accounts but it refuses to send me activication link
