Rear Wheel Bearings x 4

So I had the rear wheel bearing replaced when Renault replaced my rear disks. After a few weeks one of the bearings started to whine and needed replaced under warranty. A couple of months later it failed again and needed replaced. Here we are a few weeks later and the whine has returned. Each time they try to fix the problem I believe they keep the disk and just put a new bearing in.

I've got a 182 Cup. Is this common issue? If it's not the bearings at fault (can't have 3 lemons?!) then could it be disk? Or a hub?

The original bearings lasted 36k miles with NO issues.

If they were using cheap crappy bearings I could understand it. Maybe they are using Motrio ones? I would have thought these would still be good quality though.

Well it's a Renault dealer so I'd expect them to be using the proper parts.
