Sure there is, but nowhere I know of measures it. Probably because the sheer amount of torque isn't the most important thing as far as that particular force goes, and a torque-to-weight measurement would be very misleading. More important is the torque curve. For example, a car might have 300lb/ft of torque, but only at 5500rpm with the output decreasing quickly as the revs lower. Another car might have 250lb/ft all the way from 1500 to 5000rpm, so although it has less peak torque it'd be the much more torquey car to drive.
