I fitted a evol engineering dogbone (road use one) myself last week in half an hour or so you could do that yourself. I just put 2 wheels on the kerb, slid underneath and did it that way. It made a big pretty improvement on it's own so I'd certainly say that was worth it for the money.

After seeing a Powerflex lower arm bush fail horrifically on Youtube it would take me quite some convincing to go with them TBH.

Nearly every Rally car to date uses them, potentially buying 2nd hand ones was the reason here?

I've done a lot of research, spoken to many people. Maybe not everyone's cup of tea.

Rally cars are rebuilt though, frequently.

For the front of my Cup, I got new arms with OEM bushes - which made a HUGE difference to the old perished ones.

I only polybushed the rear beam, rear top mounts and ARBs.

rear strutbrace is useless
new design powerflex won't fail, mind the are now black only top really stiff
rear topmount I still wonder about, due to the design of the rear suspension the bottom of the shock moves in an arc, this means there should be some 'give' in the topmount, making them as stiff as possible seems counter intuitive to me.

Yeah agreed there. I'm doing full rebuild and it will never be used on the road!
