My RS2'ed Wilwood 2118 Cup :)

  TRACK CAR BREAKING
As some of you know i already have a nicly modded Racing blue 182 ... was debating whether to turbo it or buy a megane 225 until i came across this little badboi!!

90% of people on here already know about the car so im not going to put the spec up ... but gave it a good clean and was today so took some pictures.... and a short video for people that wanted to here what the rs2 inlet sounds like..

sorry its bad quality,, i will get a better video when i get the chance..

i have seen loads of arguments and debates about the rs2 so i thought i would chuck in my view!
the cost over all is about 1600 for the inlet, engine mounts and mapping..
at first i wasnt to impressed with the car as it felt alot slower than my rb 182..
but i noticed after driving 100 miles home with the car it wouldn't reach about 2/3's on the temp gauge and was limiting at 6000 rpm..
only way it will reach temp is to either thrash the car for a while or leave it to idle.. so after getting home i left it idling for 10-15 min untill it reached 1/2 temp..
took it for a spin up a few dual carriage ways and the car had total changed!! it pulled soo hard all the way to 7900 rpm..
the car drives alot nicer with the rs2 and has soo much more bottom end power .. pulls from 2000 all the way to 7900... instead of my 182 which pulls from 4500 to 7500..
if i wanted more power then i wouldnt bother going for the inlet tho,, but in terms of driving for everyday usage and its a totally different car and drives really nice!!

Im sorry to say but the silver clio is going to be put back to standard and all the parts are going to be going onto my RB 182 :)

Over the next few months bits are slowly going to be moved from one car to another ... and i will be leaving the coil overs on and putting my trophy turinis.. my dad will then be having the car off of me :)

Let me know what you think :)

Lol, get over it! It was a lovely car however at the end of the day it's just a bloody clio for gods sake...
Failing to see the light hearted nature ftl.

Don't get me wrong you RB looks mint. I just loved that Cup.

The rb is so much nicer dude. Will get most of it done in a couple of days after Xmas.

And that vid is seriously sh*t lol

  RB One Eight Two
So jelous you have both. I use to see that RB parked in Stortford quite often. It looks mint.

  Many Things
Love this mate, never really appreciated this thing when ollie had it as it just seemed to get whored around left right and centre, good to hear it may stay in the family though, its a decent enough car with or without the mods

  Black Gold Trophy
It is a nice car, but I wouldn't get upset over it being returned to standard.

imo looking back at the project thread, there was definitely a turning point for it, probably when the bonnet was hacked up for the aerocatches!

Why did Ollie sell it anyway?

Ollie bought a brand new Alfa Mito.

Finished it, got bored after 3 weeks, bought another car.

Fairly standard CS practice tbh ;)

Not everyone sells up once 'finished' ;)

Whaaat your 20, have an rs Clio then decide to buy ANOTHER one in a colour you don't like and are going to take it apart?!?!? How can you afford this?!?!

  TRACK CAR BREAKING
Im a manager at McDonalds. Pay is shite tho!!
I don't pay any house rent. Just pay for my cars expenses.
Really debating just selling them both and buying a different car tho

  Discounted 1*2 parts
Nice motor's but I don't see the point in moving the parts from one car to another? Why didn't you just buy the parts you wanted rather than having a second car?

  TRACK CAR BREAKING
I had the money and wanted another car.. plus i wanted to do some stuff to the blue on during the winter. and it worked out cheap to buy the hole car for the price i paid... ( not saying)

  Audi A5
beautiful both of them, now i have seen the rb and i know how well ollie looked after that 172 i just couldn't say which one is more mint, both show room qualitiy :)

  Astra H vxr
love both cars tom but prefer the rb :p , silver one does sound sweet though as you roared past me while i was in the work van lol, clios aint that expensive to buy really, and if your living at home paying no rent then a few months off saving then done you can buy a car *simple* :) what i did anyway lol what exhaust is that on the silver one tom ?

  Disastra Coupe
Let me get this right: People are moaning he's taking a very nice car apart and putting all the bit's on a car which is a better colour and in mint condition? I fail to see a downside to this lol.
