Hi, been browsing the forum for quite a while now but never posted any pics,
heres my 1.2 ph2!

The day I got insured!

50mm lowering springs, untill I can afford some coilovers!

Decided to purchase some wheels, fake bbs as alot of people call them lol

Got full sport interior! (IG picture lol)

Got the wheels & springs fitted

Mine & friends Corsa 1.0 / VXR

Cloudy headlight

After a wax! (the cable ties were holding up the under plastic cover as a ditch in a country lane didn't do it very well!) removed now

Tell me what you think & what i can do to improve!
If its dry the weekend ill go out and get some propper pictures!

Looks pretty cool wheels and a drop do make a difference! Maybe colour code the side strips and get a sports grill.

If I were you I'd get a skoda splitter and a dynamique/172 spoiler maybe some spacers too to get a wider stance?

Hi all, i havent posted for a long time, so i thought illd post a few recent pictures of my 1.2
Most of the pictures are sh*t quality, so sorry for that.
Heres a picture on my garden!

172 rear bumper, will have to be re-painted soon as the lacquer didnt set too well, bad idea to get it sprayed up in the garage!

Bumper & spoiler both on, Spoiler is a horrible colour match, but it will do for now!

Going down the lift

I managed to pick up a 172, very tidy bodywork & a very reasonable price. Sadly the usual snapped cambelt, aux belt and a cracked windscreen

So the following week, (AFTER i stripped the silver 172 down), came another 172, was abit gutted with it having a sweet engine with recent cambelt change, but crap bodywork, I could of used it as a donor for the cambelt failure one. Anyway both of those ended up in the scrap yard, but I now have a garage full of parts & a sweet 2.0 engine for myself.

172 Front bumper which im about to paint! (thats not me in the photo)

Front bumper finally on! I love the wider look, makes it stand out alot more.
I also need more low on the front, & wider wheels.
But i have the 172 hubs, disks & axels with lowering springs, Im fed up with it being so low on the back, im looking for a more comfy ride! So future plans, maybe in the next few weeks will be to use all the 172 widertrack stuff for my little 1.2!

And last of all for now, Numberplate finally back where it should be

There is a slight, pretty noticeable colour difference between the new sprayed front end, but hopefully wont be as noticeable when i flick the paint into the doors! Its a slow project as im using it every day, but it will get there!

Future plans: 172 Hubs, full suspension & brakes.
172 Rear axle
Paint the sideskirts up
Speedline turinis

Thought i was going to hate those wheels but i think they look great, i'd stick with them rather than turinis, but then i hate turinis even on the Cup.
Not a fan of the stickerbombed petrol flap though.

Hmm if thats the one that was at flood st, then yeah! Your clio is very niceee with those rims!

Will that make a nice stretch? Any pics? And haha i have some 20mm ones which i tried today, but i really need some longer wheel nuts as only like 15mm of the bolt screws into the hubs with the spacers on!

It's literally round the corner from hopwood services. Low standards have a meet there every now and again. I work/live 10 mins away so it would be perfect if a few people off of here went too.

Definatly! Did you use longer wheel nuts after using the spacers?

I used bolt on spacers so no need to buy longer I bought them from the selling section on here.
They are fantastic value and really good quality.
