Mk3 Clio Rear Suspension Clunk

  RS200 Clio Cup
I've got a clunk from the left rear of my 200 Cup when I go over large bumps such as judder bars. I'm pretty sure the noise happens on rebound but it's hard to tell with 100% certainty. It sounds like a Peugeot front anti-roll bar linkage noise that I'm familiar with. Had it on a hoist today and couldn't find anything loose or repeat it off the road. I even played around with the rear seats and parcel shelf but it didn't help.

From searching the forum it seems shocks on earlier (172/182) Clios don't have a very long life expectancy. Is the same true of 197/200s? It hasn't quite ticked over 20,000 miles.
