missing !

anyone help my car is missing like a t**t only in the first 10 mins of it been sterted. also the tick over goes from been very lumpy then up to about 1400 revs then drops again

any ideas ?

idle stepper moter perhaps(on the right hand side of the throttle body)

my saxo does this, or did, I run superplus and its not done it since.
