March Meet - Go Karting -

Seems to be alot of interest for this, so we are proposing we do this on the 30th of march.

The selected location is http://www.wildtracksltd.co.uk/karting , which is near Newmarket which is a pretty central location for us so hopefully we will get a good turn out.

Will be looking to book this before the end of Febuary, requiring a £20 deposit. The final cost will be no more than £40 (inc deposit).

As for the type of race/event we do it will be purely based on the number of people and what is the best value for money.

For now I am simply trying to gauge interest so please add yourself to the below list if you want to join us!

+1 on the Red Lodge suggestion, it's a really good track. Did an endurance race there at the weekend - there were 17 of us, it was £56 each and we did a total of about 60 laps.

What would people rather?

The he only downside is that they need payment in full 21days before the date. Meaning people would have to PayPal me the money & I'll do the group booking. If everyone is ok with that? it's fair to say most of you know me & where I live so I hope you can trust me by now! This needs to be sorted & booked by next Friday otherwise I'm not about for a week & it won't go ahead

We need a minimum of 20 people for the 1200m track, which seems worth it for £5 more.
We need a minimum of 18 people for the 700m track.

So if people paypal me £50 to ftmfwbo@googlemail.com, then if we do the smaller track I will give you £5 back on the day. If the whole things fails as no one is willing to pay then I will be clicking the refund button on paypal alot!!

When is the deadline for the £50 payment? Like now?

The situation is we have to pay the full amount 21 days before the date, we have to pay a deposit of £150 to secure the time/date asap.

But after Next Friday 28th, Im away in a cottage for the weekend then off snowboarding in france. So after next Friday it will be to late for me to sort it.

Realistically the deadline is next Thursday so I can book it in full.
