make that 4 probs with the clocks (common people help me out)

following on from the last thread i put up

1. speedo stops working then comes back on again and so on, this sometimes causes the eletrical fault light to come on.

2. the time/mileage light flashes when i brake

3. the time/milage light flashes when i put my indicator on.

4. just fitted new phase 2 rear lights and now when i indicate it works fine but as soon as i brake both lights on the dash light up but dont flash untill i take my foot off the brake

just want to know

is this 3 separate fault that need sortin 1 at a time
or
is this a sign that the clocks are knackered and need a new one

any help would be grate

sounds like an earthing fault to me. check your earth straps everywhere.

if i get a haynes manual do you think it will show where all the earthing point are mate

It Will show them in a haynes manual and will have a few fault finding tips/solutions to help you out
