looking at clio 182

Hi name is lee and been looking at a 182 today question with condition it is met silver but has a couple of scratches and scuffs with one tiny bit of bubble rust pin head size on top rear side near roof pic provided on mouse cursor on area im talking about
they are after 1800 so gonna try to work price down as has theese problems along side a dented bonnet how hard is it to get silver met paint to match without painting large area and any opinion on rust spot

Is the rust actually on the roof or is it just the paint pickling up on the thin roof trim?

The titanium silver is very difficult to match without paining the whole bonet i have found recently. Im after a new bonet!

it looks like a trim piece its not the main roof bit (dont know how to describe rear of car side looks like a small panel) one door has little scuff of paint missing light scratch or two and rear bumper looks like scuffed slightly

Mine started out as a pin head sized bubble in the lacquer, it spread to this size over 3 years.....
