The RS2 is all fitted etc, but I had a few issues with me ECU. So it hasn't been mapped yet. Booked into RS Tuning for the 4th April for a map.

Cleaned all the bay up last weekend, and Matt did a great job of spraying up the rocker cover

RB was looking lovely yesterday Joe, even with all the snow around. Video came out great too. You can just about make out my AB in the background when the interview is taking place.

Thought I'd update this as quite a bit has happened in the last couple of weeks.

I gave the car a good clean and as usual went for a few snaps. Rest of the pictures are here.

The car also developed a misfire, and was on running on 3 cylinders. Sounded great, but it needed fixing. I bought a new set of NGK Platinum's and it sorted it out perfectly. The old plugs were looking a bit worse for ware really.

Then the car was already for mapping at RS Tuning on the 4th. It made 180.4 on Paul's rollers, which are bang on. The car pulls so effortless, and you can really feel the extra torque doing it's work. I'm loving the car more than ever at the moment. So I'm made up with it. Paul has done a great job with the mapping, so thanks

I'm on track for the first time at Oulton Park with a few others of here tomorrow, I'm hugely excited for it. Messed about and gave everything a once over on the weekend. I decided to remove the rear seats for the day, just for a little fun really. Along with my front arch liners also. They have the habit of catching on full lock, or on steep bends, and I don't really want to ruin the tyres tomorrow. With the front fogs removed, I'm hoping it will get some added air to the brakes. W ether it'll make any noticeable difference I don't no.

And finally, I had a wheel alignment done on the car as the camber was out a bit after fitting the top mounts etc. Got a cheeky picture of the RARB while the car was in the air.

Only made 168. That was with the mega restrictive Simota though. Once I removed that it was a million times better. Aucky managed to run 5bhp more at efi.

It really does fly. Thanks, I'll be taking it very steady to start with. LOL, I think I already have it. Going over to the Ring in June, then might be doing Anglesey the weekend after I come home. Only problem is, is that it's the same weekend as CSS. So I'm not sure what to do.
