You need an extra part to get it to work with the stalks, either one of these
If you want the display to work: http://www.pioneer.co.uk/files/pdf/Car_display_adaptors.pdf
Or if you just want the stalks to work: http://www.pioneer.co.uk/files/pdf/HardWiredAdaptersChart.pdf

I have the last one with my 7600MP, costed me €50 incl taxes at a local shop. I don't rate them that high, they are a lot slower then the stocks, and the radio's are so easy to control that you're a lot faster just pushing the buttons or turning the knob for the volume.

You don't need anything else to get it to work.

But this little thingie I would suggest http://www.pioneer.co.uk/uk/products/25/38/301/CD-UB100/index.html if you are not connecting an Ipod to the radio. Costs around €100 and you simply plug in a USB-stick (dirt cheap these days).

thanks for your advice! I think this model has an IPOD (ip bus) connection and a Aux in port. So I was thinking of running two sets of wires to the glove. I have an ipod but good to have an extra aux just in case.

Tammie if you got a pioneer or sony you might be able to buy an adaptor to work your sc. Depends what model it is though really...
