Heater stuck on full.

Good morning Clio fans.
I have recently bought my phase 2 172 non cup and was advised by the seller that the heater blower is stuck on full.
The only way this will stop is to remove the fuse.
I have read a little about this and am unsure what I need to change.
it's the digital version. Could it be the unit or the regulator in scuttle panel.

needs a heater resistor under the scuttle panel.
have a look on ebay, they are around £100 from Renault.

There are several people advertising on eBay who you can send it to and get it repaired for around £25 with a warranty.
It's a common problem on the clio!

Cheers guys. Thought it would be one of those things from what I have read. I will look into that exchange service. £25 seems very good with a warranty.
