What happened?
Ordered springs, couldn't be delivered in a timely fashion, agreed on a refund.
Called about 8 times, it was never a convenient time or he'd call me back etc etc.
Gave up in the end.

It's probably because he's got in bed with tractive tbh. No doubt Ast wouldn't like him dealing with another Dutch suspension supplier.

No wonder they weren't keen on doing a group buy and pushed for this Tractive suspension instead. I did contact AST Holland too and they also mentioned they were moving away from their current UK distributor.
This, Curtis was poor at times but a lot of the delays came from NL. Mine arrived in the time they said they would though, 3/4 weeks. Most stuff is made to order anyway AFAIK so its the price you pay, Hopefully Cooksport will take this into account and actually have some stock levels of products.
Still doesn't excuse him for not sending goods/refunding money mind you.
