'FEZ' ST (fiesta st to normal people) project thread..

bought this on monday after looking high and low (first one i went to look at actually)

paintwork was f**ked, swirls/light scratches/stone chips etc.

i serviced it this morning and the oil was disgusting, so thick and black (not being racist)

then i machine mopped the car using the 3m gear, mainly the extra fine and ultra fine polish as i couldnt be arsed to cut it back or use the purple one...

my plans are:
k&n induction kit - should of been delivered today but hasnt
some sort of loud decat exhaust
eibach springs
possibly paint all the trim parts
possibly paint the wheels black/geen/anthracite/a random mixture
upgrade the sound system
new flexi pipe (whatever that is)
try and find projector headlights
front and rear ARBs
new manifold
new brakes (so it does stop)
decent tyres (so i dont aqua plane everywhere with a slight bit of water)
teach my misses how to drive properly.

Anyway, good progress, hope it was cheap as it looked a bit sorry for itself lol!

i would rather buy a car cheap that needs so tlc to the body work than a minter. its what i do for a living so i dont mind.

Yeh, a silly percentage of cars have had at least some work done and I would rather do the work myself as you never know whats happened!!
All I need to do is the corner of the front bumper and tis all good!

No, she wants White wheels and side stripes but I like these sort of cars to be stealthy or just standard!
Looks better clean and plain IMO.

thats nice. wanted a white one but they were way too expensivce for the colour..

I really like ST's! I'm not keen on the viper stripes but i kind of like the side ones
