Engine running problems, not sure where to start.

Hi , got a 172 ph2 for about 5 months now, noticed a few problems but no clue where to start :
Very unsmooth exhaust note at idle. Loud for half a second, quite for half a second. Never heard another car running like this. Stock backbox, no cat.
If I keep it under 1000rpm in any gear, I get a loud vibration sound and feel, similar to a broken mount. Tried Powerflex dogbone, new upper gearbox mount, upper engine mount seems solid, I can't move the engine at all by hand.
Flooring it from 1000-2000 rpm in higher gears, leads to very violent hesitation\misfire\judder .
Overall the car seems slow at low revs, kind of struggling to keep up with traffic without using 70%+ throttle if I shift at 3K. But it can do 0-100kph in less than 7.5 secs.

No fault codes on OBD, acts the same on 95ron and 98ron.
It could be so many things - timing out (last owner swears they used Renault tools), spark plugs, coil pack, ht leads, map sensor, lambda, fuel pump, injectors....
There aren't any specialists in my country, only crappy garages. Anything to do except starting to go for random very costly repairs, or accepting the way it runs?

You're just labouring the engine. Change down a cog

A thought about the hesitation ,
You can hear the air induction on\off when it occurs. If there was a spark problem/fuel supplement problem, the air induction would sound consistent ?
If so, it can only be timing ? can't be the throttle as it works perfect after 3000 rpm .
