Good evening every one, my daughters car has not been able to start since the big storm a couple of weeks a go. Been running fine tried to start up and got solid red light .engine will not turn over, just a noise from relays. Checked all fuses and relays. Sent car to local garage for 2 weeks and returned with the garage unable to repair, they think it might be the protection control unit, the box with relays and fuses in engine bay. any help greatly appreciated.
