Clio 2002 1.4 16v.. noise when holding clutch down??????????

got back from a drive today and noticed a noise when parking... The noise is like something spinning a bit like the cam belt noise but only when i press the clutch down..

I was thinking clutch release bearing.. Any ideas??

P.s changes gear as it should, no grinding, etc clutch and car run spot on..

Release bearing is usually the other way round, but it could be properly fucked.

They usually he worse and worse though
