Spoke to a local company. They have some custom Bilstein options. This is what I think I may go for...
Front: McPherson front struts with upside-down technology, 40mm clubsport
valved dampers, Eibach ERS linear main springs, lightweight aluminum camber
adjustable topmounts equipped with spherical bearings.
Rear: full coilover system, threaded rear dampers equipped with Eibach ERS
linear main and helper springs, spring platforms, lock rings, spring perches,
intermediate rings. custom designed top mounting brackets. damper mounting
with spherical top & axle bearings.
Pics.

@NorthloopCup I am curious of your opinion on the rear setup. The car will be used at the Ring. Its not going to be stripped out. Standard R27 with semi slicks and suspension. Is it worth going for this setup over say an AST 5100 setup? this is quite a bit more.

It's swings and roundabouts really mate. There's benefits to both setups, but I prefer to have the option to adjust the damper settings. It looks a proper bit of kit though!

What's the score with the valving? Is it something that they've decided or has it been developed to suit the car?

What's the costs of these vs the 5100's? Are the 5100's a rear coil over as well?

What spring rates are they speccing/suggesting as well?

http://www.madenoracing.com/more-news/174/Clio-Cup-VLN-kampioen-2014-met-Öhlins-by-Madeno-suspension/ - The company I am talking with's VLN setup.
http://www.clior20.nl/trackdayedition/ - Their track package for the clio 197
http://www.madenoracing.com/performance/ - Their bilstein options.

Had some very long chats with them. Really friendly bunch. Seem to really know their stuff. The kits are b14 based, handbuilt, dyno tested and can be set to whatever I require. They have baselines and proven setups. I am going for a nurbergring setup.
Was thinking of arranging a group buy, however not sure I will get the numbers here or on 197.net.

Yeah heard and seen madeno stuff before. Very good at what they do too. You'll not go far wrong there tbh.
