bit of rubbish news , had my car on the diagnostics today came up with a open circuit on injector valve cylinder 4 , im asuming the injector is broken so il need to buy anew one of them this months pay packet is vanishing fast

just fitted my ph 1 stalk so i have a horn again was so easy to change too glad thats one thing out of the way

Little update ,

Well recently i found out my injector number 4 is broken and making my car run like poo! So ordered a new injector from my local renault dealer they said it would be with me today but as per usual with dealerships they messed up and it will be here 2moro , also fitted my pas pressure switch as that was leaking badly that seems to have stopped which is good , once my injector problem is fixed il be servicing the car.

I was in the same boat as you tbh.. So many choices lol..

I cant even sell it when I get rid of the car as its cut into the bumper so will leave a hole if I put a standard exhaust on

Im thinking about stealth , but id get bored i think i like the look of an exhaust sticking out the bumper , i do like the pea shooter look like the oreca , but i really like the yozza /jp

Ive done to be fair ! Bit more road noise the only down side bit harsh on coilies too but you get used to it handles like its on rails tho.

Want an exhaust next ...

Fitted injector feels like its fixed the problem will know for sure wen i put it on diagnostics

So the last few days been busy on the car . My injector had a s**t fit this week so replaced that now all is well ! Also replaced my plugs to find oil on the #4 spark plug also replaced my pollen filter too , also my pas leak is sorted with a new pressure switch . I now have horn again too thats alls left to do now is an oil change and sort my blowing exhaust .

Got my self a right bargain ! I found myself a k tec stealth supersports exhaust system on ebay . Emailed the seller for a buy it now price . The price he gave my i could not refuse ! So that should be with me by friday i hope. cant wait to ditch my botched standard system!

little update;
fitted my super sport stealth exhaust sounds epic ! cant wait to get a decat . few things im goin to concentrate on the next few months sort my rear hanger out tried to replace when changing the exhaust but had a problem removing the bolts :/. also turn my airbag light off tonite i found out that the guy that did my timing belt who works for renault has his own clip machine so a trip down to him to remove my airbag light of the dash , also when im there enquire about a clutch replacment as i think mines on its way out.

Little update .
Finally got my airbag light turned off using the renault clip

So I'm off work this Monday and as it is my birthday today I got 40 pounds in gift vouchers for halfords I'm goin to smarten up the wheel bolts on my car goin to give them a coat of black Hammerite to smarten them up ! Also il do the calipers the same time in smoothe black .

I've also been looking on numerous threads on here with clio sports without fog lights and really like the look so I think I'm goin to remove my fog lights for that little more aggressive look !


My inlet plenum is pretty dirty and tired , so I may give that a good coat of silver to give more of a neat look in the bay .

Also need to adjust my exhaust a little and fit a new hanger as its dropping and just is not stealth looking lol .

Possibly next month me and my friend Tom Northcott will be goin to either prospeed or longlife to get a decaf made up as I'd like a little more noise and little gain performance wise then s it on to the rs tuner for a map !


I've fallen out of love with this Car recently but took her for a blast down the county roads earlier and it all came back to me why I bought the car in the first place so so fun to drive in the twists !
