Changing Ph1 Clio 1.2 8v hubs question

Right, I've got a mk2 ph1 clio 1.2 8v and my
bolt spacing is 52mm I am wondering if I can change this into the 172 sport hubs, 60mm
To get some good coilovers...

anyone know!?

60mm hubs are on 182 cups/cup packed/trophies. There are limited coilovers available for them.

Rest are 54mm iirc?

Later non sports were 58mm. Might be able to swap for them.
