Brilliant - had a crash...

  Arctic FF 182
Yeh i'm pretty certain he has no claim against her, despite her terrible parking... Unfortunately it's just one of those things and life goes on... He'll learn :(

Just been to the Renault specialist bodyshop in Aldershot, the estimator had a quick look at it and said it'll probably cost about £2000 to fix as the boot floor is mashed... They have pictures and he will do a proper estimate on Monday and let me know...

I bought the car for £2100, so it's pretty bad.. :(

Btw, there was a sweet 182 cup parked outside the specialist, personalised plates, was very nice... not a member on here by any chance?

That 182 is there all the time, its obviously someone who works on the industrial estate who owns it, what part of sussex did you come from? Thats quite a distance to travel

why is everyone saying "take this as a lesson / inexperienced driver" etc when the OP simply stopped his car and someone went into the back of him - it wasnt the OP fault! He has nothing to learn from this experience IMO.

OP - i hope you have those mods declared also.

  Clio Mk3
It's currently £3300 third party  on a f**king 1.2! LOL!

Not going to be able to afford it at this rate... ffs

Can i just say sorry to hear about your car.....but you're getting done for your insurance. I paid under £1000 fully comp on my 06 Clio which is a 1.4 for my first year being as the main driver on my own car, which I was either 17 or 18 for. That was fully comp as well as having a write off that was down as my fault, which I disagree with, but that's besides the point. All I can say is have a look at Elephant, nobody comes even close to what they quote me. My girlfriend finds it the same on her 1.8 Tigra. Everybody else seems to quote double what they do.

If your alloys are not declared and you do go through insurance make sure you take them off!

Of course they're declared! I'm not a complete tool lol... both the springs and alloys are declared and i am the main driver on the policy... Hence the massive price.

I'm right on the Surrey/Sussex border in a little village called Loxwood bro, took me probably 35 minutes to get to Aldershot, just A281 -> A31... I got it checked out at the local garage too but I wanted another opinion on it, so it was worth the drive.
