Coilovers/wheels/lows yet to come.

I have spent the last few evenings removing the diff. Why is everything on this car harder than a clip ffs.

Anyway, it went to adey's last night and got welded up a treat and picked up today, can't wait to get it back under the car tomorrow and have a play on the weekend

  DON'T SEND ME PM'S!!
What year is this Dave? shafts are totally different to Gus's H reg

We had loads of grief getting the long bolts out of the diff. The captive nuts spun, had to cut through with a die grinder

Mines an M reg. mine has a one piece driveshaft/half shaft. I'd take a guess that the one you did has a seperate shaft and half shaft using a 4 bolt pattern? Seems lucky dip for all I can work out.

Those two long bolts were a b**ch, I had soaked in penetrating fluid for about 4 days but still used a breaker bar on them. The bottom bolt attaching the diff to the beam was the hardest to remove, almost an A&E job. Fecking thing

yeah we had the bolted flanges. Diff we took off had completely collapsed all it's bearings. We drove it back from Alfreton sounding like a fighter jet
