Yea normally real close to the gym doors. What time u normally go ? Weights or cardio. I need gym partner on chest days

YouTube bodybuilding motivation or muscle factory and get some supps. Record ur progress down and that will keep u motivated

All classes included mate. 19.95 monthly no contract, or 18 quid a month in a year contract i think.

You get to use Gunwharf in that membership aswell.
