Are clio 1*2 hubs interchangeable?

Just a thought that ran through my head this minute, so please dont shoot me down in flames

There are a lot more second hand coilover kits around for non cup packed cars than cup packed, so the question which arose is are the front hubs interchangeable? Is it possible to switch a 60mm one for the lesser spaced ones, off say a 1*2 non cup? As there are a few coily sets going reasonable at the moment, and 172 hubs on ebay for 20quid a side

Yes, but you need to change driveshafts too iirc

Possibly the arms on steering rack too, as I had to when replacing a rack earlier in the year.
