my first Clio from 2000-2008 ended in a Chrash in jan/08
some impressions:

after another Car chrashed into the back and pull me on another one i didn´t want to do all that upgrading to an Clio Sport again, so i decided to buy one.
so in Feb/08 i bought this one

from this point i didn´t want to do anything but then it happens againit

some cleanings

backside with CS PHII Bumper

wheels colour change to white:

also the winter Steelies got some colour. (Neon Orange..i know it looked like pink )

back in 2010 some progress happens...

I didn´t expect that.
a lot of impressions are from your community more than you know.

lower phII grille is a little bit pain in the ass, but with some skills it will fit; its nearly the same like in original phII bumper.

Exhaust was form a chrashed phI Clio Cup race car. the exhaust was made from orbisound but there is no label or anything on it.
a friend of mine has made this piece of art.

the only problem is that i made this from a phI Cat, with one lambda sensor. i have a late phI with 2 lamda´s ; so the cat is a little bit longer then excepted.
next time we made a second try to fit it under the car. atm its running with standard cat. but sound is still very nice

F7P Powered R9 ,mostly for 1/4 mile 14,6 best time so far with the old 14"/ rims 165. This Year weight optimized, 13" rims with 185 much better traction,hopefully maybe high 13s time.we will see soon...

Hello Community,
i´want to update my Thread a little bit...
some days after the last Update last year november, an unfriendly female driver parked her Megane1 into my Cars Trunk. As most of you know the Clio is known for his soft Chassi. Therefore i had a cracked Bumper; dented Trunk; and the backpanel was also pushed inside. All in all it was massiv damage(car has been written off) for such a small hit. (i stopped at a RedLight but she didn´t stop and brake to late) Some trouble with her insurance as she didn´t inform her insurance about the accident; then she told it was my fault to stop on redlight. and as a result of it it takes over 4 month till i get my money. but i couldn´t wait such a long time for repair. So i managed to repair it on my own with a little help of some friends. The cracked Bumper was fixed with layers of Fiberglass; Backpanel smashed out with a big Hammer & Muscelpower and some Ghettofixes; Trunk was put in it´s old form by some reeealy soft hits. now i could open/close the Trunk normaly and the car look no longer sorry for itself. Except the Bumper. I drove through the Winter month without any major trouble. During Spring all Servicechecks including timingbelt; waterpump; Seals from Sump and Cams replaced; and lots of other little parts that need to be replaced. After all that was done the Car was tecnical in a good condition, but the color was not. As the money from insurance came, i couldnt resist. i want to respray my car on my own; put a Wiechers inside powerdecoated in white. and put the rest of the money back to bank.
enough of anoying Text... here are what we are looking for; pictures.
now the car is in its nearly final status. Only some little things to change and fix like fit the inner wings, new headlights cause old ones are faded, mashinepolishing ...
Oh didn´t told milage atm round 130k...

Maybe somebody recognise the Color?
