This is my listing on eBay for a cold air intake I made for my Clio, but never got round to using it. Hope it's more use to one of you lot! :)

Hello all! My mate has just bought a 182 from, I assume a pikey, because it's pretty rats... But it's for the track so he's not too bothered. He's found on inspection, two breather pipes that have been blocked off for some unknown reason. Could anyone tell me what they're for so I can either...
Sorry to drag up an OLD thread, I just found this on Google after watching Mighty Car Mods. For the benefit of everyone else, you realy don't need a catch can on the Clio. You can put a small breather filter in place of the pipe that connects to the intake from the back of the engine and block...
I got them from Worksop Motor Spares and they cost £150 for the pair. You can get them cheaper than that, just don't be tempted by "universal" ones (even Bosch universal ones) Get NTK. They're normally between £60 and £70 each. They are both the same part number for front and rear with NGK/NTK...
It WAS the Lambda sensors!!! I changed both and instantly the fault codes cleared, put the 98 RON map back on it (no pops and bangs) and it drives like a dream! Thanks for all the help!
Solid mate, I've swapped front to back but no change which I find weird... I thought there might be at least SOME change but there isn't which to me would rule out O2 sensor... Correct me if I'm wrong though lol
Right, okay... well there's nothing showing on my RST box apart from the codes I've already posted. So I'm going to get a pair of new Lamda sensors because there's obviously a problem there, and take it from there I guess :/ I don't think it's valve seats, because it idles perfect and there's no...
Well I know the Lamda sensors need changing because of the fault codes, so should I try swapping them front to back? Wouldn't valve seats be an "all the time" fault rather than intermittent? I drove it all the way to my mum's house yesterday and it never missed a beat, but on the way back it...
If it isn't your auxiliary belt, it could be your starter motor. The solenoid could be a bit slow causing the teeth on the motor to grind against the teeth on the flywheel as it's retracting.
As the title states! When I slam my foot down on the throttle, it has a little splutter then it goes.
At first I thought it was plugs, so I checked those and they're fine (all look the same, nice, light brown colour) So I checked all the leads, sprayed WD40 into the leads and replaced the coil...
They'll only be on the car for a few months doing motorway cruising anyway, I'm saving up for coilovers so don't want to spend £100 of that to buy genuine 182 rear shocks! Will they fit, all I wanna know ;)
Hi all, my car has failed it's MOT on a rear shocker leaking and I need an urgent answer. I'm looking at a pair of Proline shocks for a diesel clio, will they fit and perform the same as 182 dampers?
If there are any similarities what are they?
Basically a mate of mine has 2 brand new rear...
Hi everyone!
To cut a long story short... What exhaust mounts do I need for the back box of a Clio 182? I want the standard aluminium with rubber cradle ones! Here's the long story for those who are bored!
About a year ago now I had a twin box powerflow system made at Top Gear performance in...

Cadwell Park, one of my very favorite tracks in the world, and home to the most heinous crime I've ever seen in motorsport.
Apparently the Porsche driver got 6...
What is it with you and the remap? People use RS Tuner remaps all the time pal, it isn't the map. The remap raises the engine revs slightly more than standard when it's cold, so it doesn't sound like a bag of sh*t, coughing and spluttering when it's cold. I've put the standard one back on to...
Fault codes came up as:
DF0006, DF0088, DF0330, DF0121 - Knock sensor 1 Circuit - Memory (meaning intermittent fault)
DF0092, DF0967 - O2 Sensor Front - Memory (again meaning intermittent fault)
I know what the obvious answer will be... Change them both... But I'm trying to understand why the...
Tickover is high because of the remap, it has raised the warm tick over a tiny bit (to around 1000 rmp) but when it's stone cold it is around 1800 rpm to improve the warmup behavior but when changing gears it will peak at 2000 rpm... What are we all thinking then? Try swapping the Lamda sensors...
That's the same thing that happened to me... I think the immobiliser "forgets" the key occasionally. Leave the key in the ignition for a while next time and the red light should start flashing, if it doesn't, and it's solid, then leave it in a bit longer.
