I know they are all F4R engines but don't understand the (F4R 730 or F4R 700 - 780) as they have different compression...

Replacing the belt on my clio 172 cup and iv come accross a problem: The timing tool that goes in the cams to lock them in place is not lining up on the inlet side, looks like it needs to be rotated anit clockwise. But looking at the dephaser side the marking on the rocker cover to the markings...

Hi all, think it could be n/s driveshaft circlip fault. Going from 2nd to 3rd and lost drive, first thought circlip but without clutch down I can select gear? Has anyone had the same symptoms and it was circlip? Richard

Hi all, the air bag light is on due to a different steering wheel so doesn't have a air bag and just wonna get a idea what people do with the wiring for the air bag, as they are not normal wire! So interested what resisters are used!? ​thanks Richard

Hi all, I'm fitting a harness to my cup, but no entially sure where abose I can bolt the harness point to. i think I've got the back and right hand side sorted it really just the left hand side I'm confused about, just winding if people drilled though the floor? Thanks rich
