hi guys, i have a 1996 clio 1.8 rsi (F3P) my alternator is on its way out and was wondering if there was an upgrade i could do instead of sourcing an OEM alternator. any ideas?

just pardon the state of the clio xD it will be color mismatched and rough but it is a work in progress haha

im just gonna stick with straight through decat exhaust, coil overs with KnN induction. nothing too fancy or powerful otherwise il pay for it with insurance and petrol!

welcome to clio sport! im more of a fan of the older motors xD i prefer the mk1's and im a big fan of the rx7's but from the way people on here goon about the 182's im sure youll have no problem with it or fitting in!

well i cant take it some where cuz it has no MOT or tax and i cant get an MOT cuz of the steering column xD catch 22 mate so to get someone out is 100 quid but i could proberly grab one out of a breakers for 20-30 quid and get my mate to fit it. i just wanted to know if any mk1 would be okay to...

well mk1 1.8 rsi's are rare so i was hopeing to grab one out of a crappy old 1.2 or something one thats for breaking

hi guys, ive just found out that i either need to tig weld my steering column or replace it. im up for replaceing so what i wanna ask is do you know if the steering column out of any mk1 clio will fit my mk1 1.8 rsi? thanks ​mike

ive seen some mk1's with the leather interior tho :S they had leather buckets and full leather back bench xD and they are comfy but im a sucker for leather!
