Been away from this site for a while as I haven't got a clio anymore. I part exd my cupped 182 in 2007 for a new R26 megane which I have been using for Nurburgring trips. But looking soon for a new carr, was thinking of a clio 200 cup. Would this be a good move ?

Been offered £8500 px at Renault for my 16 K miles o5 plate 182 in titanium with both cup packs against an R26 Megane. is this about right ?

I was wondering what happened to my old mk1 172 after i part ex'd it. Some lucky person i think has bought it not knowing what it had done to it already. It would be nice to find out. It was a flying machine, but a cupped 182 replacaced it, last time i knew it was round the castleford area.

just put my mk1 172 in & picked up my 182 with cup packs the handling is in a different league ! i should have got one earlier :) The suspension & grip is a revalation, i cant wait to take it for ablast tomorrow & all for £11850 brand new inc metallic from the main dealer. Well happy

Just had a side by side run against my mates new 182, it was pretty impressive but my 172 managed to pull a gap on it easily. So we swapped cars & i found out why, the 182 got a big boost of power at 5000 rpm like my car used to, my 172 now gets the same boost at 4000 rpm & pulls really hard...

just had the 172 Rolling Roaded & it made 157 BHP at the wheels. What does this equal at the flywheel ? Does anyone know, i would be very grateful for any help. thanks jonathon

I have just ordered a Devil De cat, a Group N ECU from Hill power & a pipercross panel filter. Will I be able to notice a performance difference with these fitted ? or have i just wasted the cash & should buy something else ? These are getting fitted to a mk1 172 any input appreciated

Just got a 172 mk1 its done 35k & the engine feels really tight, On the very top end of the rev band the exhaust makes a whistling noise. This feels like it is restricting the engine can anyone help ? Will a decat make it free reving & how much power does it add ?
