Have you tried amping them separately?
You'll get a massive increase in both quality and volume!
If you're worried about wires and amps everywhere, just get a small one (the vibe nano's aren't bad for the money) and sling one under a seat, job done :)
Fairly sure the dash comes off pretty easy on these. I took one off a megane, and it was only held in by 3 or 4 T25 torx screws. Easy!
...the hard part was putting it back on properly
:)
Save your money and get some good components, mate.
To be honest, the speaker placement in the rear is awful for passengers, aswell as doing nothing for you.
:)
Would the wider track make a massive difference if i was to coilover it anyway, or would i be better going for the wider one? Or just spacing the wheels?
There's a chance I'll be doing some track days (only a few to begin with...)
The only thing I'd be interested in is air con. Having said that, my last few cars have had no air con, so I won't miss it if it's there.
I'm not massively fussed about cosmetics. The thing I want is the best car, be it 172 or 182. Must be a cup, though.
The exhaust is a draw, but isn't...
Not entirely sure if this is one of those 'don't open a can of worms' threads, but I was wondering, what are the differences between the 172 and 182 cups?
I've heard that there are 2 cup packs on the 182(?) in which case I'm lost.
I'm looking at spending between 3.5k-4.5k, for which it seems I...
Well, someone's got to be different (or stupid) right?
Yeah, either 172 or 182, not entirely sure of all the differences between the cup/non-cup models yet.
I am thinking of doing some track days soon, though :)
Hi, all!
Looking at buying a Clio (possibly cup) in the not-too-distant future.
Hoping for lots of helpful advice with this sort of stuff. Looking at modifying it, too. Hoping for 200bhp by the end of it :)
Done the Saxo (vts) thing already, had great fun with that, but please don't...
