old tensioner was seized so had to cut the belt great put new tensioner on then my tool snapped so I tried a jubilee clamp to hold back the tensioner no good so I had to resort to modifying the cars metal to get a bar in and do...

With my homemade ktec style kit I'm going to be fitting can I just take the air feed off the caustic valve and leave it there don't really want to go to all the effort of removing it if I can just leave it sitting there with no ill effect thanks
Had my 172 ph2 for 3 years now tough decision it needs 4 tyres aux belt kit major service two front shocks and springs it's on 72k got it at 38k been super reliable but I'm begrudged spending about 8-900 on it
Tempted to sell and get a 197 or something st

Got a broken front spring and knackered shock on my 172 ph2 I've got some reasonably priced genuine shocks but springs are silly money from renault I'm not intrested in lowering the car anyone know of a good quality alternative ? Cheers
driving the car tonight following a fiesta st (must admit there a bit slow or he cant drive) the handling on the fiesta was much better then my clio it just feels a bit sloppy i need to sharpen it up the clio is totally standard what is the best thing to do to sharpen it up coilovers? bushes...

hi im used to fords which all have driveshaft seals etc my clio seems to be leaking from the ns driveshaft but gearbox oil saw a few threds on this but cant get to the bottom of it does the cv boot seal the gearbox aswell what do i need to stop this leak cheers
hi i have a knocking either from the steering column or the rac i need to remove the massive rubber gromet where the column goes through the floor to look at the uj how do you get it off ive had a good look and cant see how anyone please ?
hi recently noticed my steering clunking when stationery wiggling it left to right had a look around all trackrods etc sem ok it fills like its either coming from the middle part of the rack or the lower steering column had a look at trying to get acces to the lower steering column but cant see...
The joint on my 172 the cat to middle section seems to have a gap all the way round its not blowing but it's about a gap off 3mm so not flush I've filled it with paste atm the bolts won't tighten anymore Is this normal
My back box sheared straight off ripoff kwikfit said I need a whole system for £260 I laughed at them am I wrong in think in a OEM pattern part rear box won't just fit onto a genuine centre section ???? Thanks
need to remove my headliner heard that its glued in how much glue is there and do you need to glue it back in place isit possible to get it out without damaging it though thanks alot

ive got to fit a new brake servo hose to my car friday as my old one has melted itself wondering if anyones done it before and if so any tips etc as it looks quite tricky trying to get the pipe from the inlet to the servo as its a rigid pipe thanks
