Same, common fault on a 1.2. Think I would risk it if it has a warranty on it.

If there's 3 months warranty on it surely the head will go in that time if it's knackered?

Sorry, my bad, the one on the left. Its difficult for me to familiarize myself with the axle when it's hanging down like that, if i was under the car I could point it out straight away. It's where I've circled left I believe.

As title says, my car failed it's MOT on an 'Offside rear bonded suspension unit bonding failed and part of unit is likely to become displaced [2.4.F.2]' The mechanic showed me and I understand what he was saying, but does anybody know how much this would cost to fix? He said it's a specialist...

Right I see, they aren't the connectors that would have pins covered though would they? I took a look at them and they're fine! I spoke to a mechanic friend who works for Honda and he said check the water level first, more than likely the sensors are quite high up in the water so if the water...

sorry guys, just to clear up, its a 2002 1.2L Clio, not a 1*2, sorry if that confused anyone!

All I want to do is check if the glue has got on the pins, after looking at threads I believe it is at the back of the engine like shepperdspie says. There are fuses by the battery but I don't believe the ECU is by the battery on my particular model? I've taken a look and nothing is jumping out...

Noob question, where would I find the ECU on my 2002 Clio 1.2, at the back of the engine I've read but no specific location, what's easiest way to find it? Thank you and sorry! Matt

Bump. I think I'm going to start by changing the lambda sensor that goes into the cat, is that the right one? (Bank 1 Sensor 2?) Silly question but is that called pre or post cat lambda? Cheers!

Not working as in you can't see them or they aren't reading? Try resetting them? Hold the trip button and turn the ignition on, hit the reset button by the clock and turn ignition off, see what happens? If it's the display, I took my clocks apart, fiddled with the LCD, make sure it's sitting...

I'm back home with the car now as it's Easter. Due to the problems and it's been sat there a while, it no longer has insurance or an MOT so I need to try and do as much as I can myself, if I can't fix it, I'll insure it, take it to a garage for it's MOT and for them to try and fix it, but...

Would the wires be at the back of the engine in the black box thing? Easy to get at? Thanks for the help!
