Jamie- went quite well on bodies, would have been about 120bhp and 110lbft if I'd finished the mapping. I was going to fit direct port nitrous onto it aswell. However I drove my brother's G40 Turbo and sacked N/A off... I do miss the sound, but boost is the only way! Whiteley- Hope to see you...

Thought I'd introduce you guys to my toy car- I do enjoy the Clio on the road, great bang for the buck, but I'll always be a VW lad at heart. My car started as a 1991 Polo GT, seen here: Didn't start life like that, was probably after 2 years or so, used to run a 90bhp 3f engine and 80bhp...

Mine runs 23psi. With no problems. Who are these 'mates' with turbo'd G40s?? The little G40 bottom ends are good for 300bhp if you know what you're doing. As for fixing it, parts are about 50p, and always fitted with a 10, 13 or 17mm spanner :rasp: If it's a silver 6n2 I'd steer clear...

Fred- The Bentley motors deffinately don't like normal fuel- V-power all the way, knock control is quite heavy on them.

Nope, been on nights this week as we've got endurance engines running currently. I only ask as he's a good mate/customer so wondered how it was shaping up- should be reasonably quick, it's got 194bhp!

It does indeed, hence a slightly lower calorific value than other 100% petrol fuels- thus needing more of it for the same power output (less MPG). Shell used to be the only ones who would gaurantee (and provide a test certificate) that their fuel was 99ron at the pump- although if you get and...

Personally I'd leave the vent there (possibly without the plastic) rain won't hurt the turbo when hot, providing you keep it in the garage most of the time should be reet.
