Thanks Nick, great pics!
That was Bullrun's car on the trailer....big coming together with the wilds BMW at druids on the last lap! Watched the video with them afterwards...brutal!
Do you have any pics of it?
Sort of, it was more the cold that was causing us some issues. The chronology of the video is actually backwards, the bit where ash goes off was on wets in the wet. The fight I was having with it was later on, it was too dry for wets but still a little damp for the slicks that were on! Got there...
Hi Tony, pretty good ta mate. It wasn't too bad really, made a bit of a mess of the splitter and floor, but otherwise OK! It's a very different car to drive to the Clio, but we're getting the hang of it.
Hello chaps,
been a while, but here's some pics and a clip from the last round of Britcar at Brands :)
The Clio went off to Denmark in the end! We're sticking with the Leon for now..
O.
We're going to a Supercopa next....
although we beat both the one's that were in that race so maybe we've bought the wrong car!!
This is what we've got left;
24th / 25th July - Snetterton
18th August - Rockingham
1st - 3rd October - Silverstone 24hr
30th October - Donington
13th November -...
A beautiful day at Castle Coombe set a perfect scene for the Clio's last hurrah!...and what a hurrah it was, one of our best results yet!
The summer racing festival at Coombe is a fantastic weekend, with tons of racing, but for us it means a mixed race - GT's and production together.
There's a...
Very true, although the cup is 1060 dry any it is tiny compared to the Seat! From tip of splitter to end of diffuser it's all but 4.5m long!
Not sure about the diff, will have a look at the manual!
I think it's a slightly later spec than the cunningham's one. Not sure what that entails, although I know they did have some engine work done for this season.
Nice pass!..Britcar's a bit of a mystery as always! The grids are down, but apparently there's big plans...... (again!)
No problem mate, looks like you've got a few options to look at!
We're pretty good thanks mate, new car is here now so this weekend at Coombe is our last race in the Clio

Matt's not so directly involved with us now, he's pretty busy these days and has lots of race and rally projects on. TDF is a fantastic set-up and he thouroughly deseves all the success he's getting!
One of the great things about this car is that it's factory prepped - means we only really have...
It's got it's wets on - most race cars are transported with wets on as they're easier to move around. Teams often have a set of old/damagedwheels just for transportation with a set of old wets on.
We'll be racing it in Britcar, as we did with the Clio. Should be a great car for the 24hr:approve:
As painful as it is after 3 years of fantastic driving, the Clio has now got to go
It's time to move on and the new chariot has now arrived....and OMG it is a serious piece of machinery!!
It's a eurospec Leon Supercopa - 2 litre turbo with 300beans as standard
needless to say I can't wait...
