Think its normal for O2. Never received a confirmation email when I ordered a phone from them about a month ago. Phone arrived 2 days later as expected. Don't think theres any need to worry.

The car is meant to lock itself. If the doors are unlocked but not opened it automatically locks again (i think its about a minute after pressing the button). Its a security feature so you don't accidently unlock the car and leave it open.

As above. Illegal to have more than one policy on any car (according to direct line anyway).

Yeh i did knock one of the sides. Its been to two garages now, one of them reckons the axel is bent, the other says theres no way its bent and its something to do with some sort of bracket on the rear wheel being knocked out of place :S The one offering to replace the axle wants silly money...

Having got a second opinion i'm not convinced the axle is bent. Does anybody happen to know the symptoms that would arise from a bent rear axel? i've read about vibrations whilst driving but i get none of them.

thats just the thing, i didn't hit it hard at all, i was really suprised at the amount of damage when i got out of the car. i can't afford to get the scratches sorted, let alone bent axels :(

Cheapest body shop quote to get this sorted was £400 - £450. They need the car for 4 days aswell :dapprove: . Still got no idea whats happened to the steering, going for a 4 wheel tracking check on monday.
