hi im looking to change the back box on my 172, its currently got a full magnex system on at the moment but the tail pipe is a ridiculous sized oval that really doesnt to the car any justice. Is it possible to fit a another back box for example off scorpion/devil... ect to the magnex system...
please could some one photo shop my wheels anthracite and black on these pics if theyre stuck for something to do?!!!!! gettin them refurbed soon but not sure which colour to go with...

pcd 100 et45 17" alloys 205 width (off a corsa:o )....also would they allow me to lower the car ( ph1 172) without scrubbing?? ive got et37s on the car now that scrub even on standard suspension....am sure i was told et42 17s can be lowered now probs....:S i can always use spacers if need be...
i was wandering if anyone has fitted the williams speed lines on a ph1 172, if so any pics?? i thought id seen a pic of a silver one with athracite or black ones fitted on the site sumwhere......

ive been offered a 182 exhaust manifold for £100, i was wandering if its worth bothering with as i know there is differing oppinions on the gains of fitting them.....

ive got a ph1 172 with the blue dash ect, its got the usual common fault of a worn steering wheel which is starting to get on my nerves now! ive been trying to find another as a replacement but they all seem to have the same wearing on them.... does anyone recommend a steering wheel to replace...
does anyone recomend a splitter for the ph1 mk2 172?? ive been lookin about but most companies only do them for the ph2. the only one that caught my eye was an rgm one that needed colour coding which looked quite well......

i get a knocking" noise when i give my 172 a heavy amount of right foot, tis only usually once when i drop it down a gear and then put foot down, anyone have any clues?! sounds as tho its cuming from the front left
does anyone know how to remove the sun visor bracket towards the centre of the car nearest the interior lighting console on a 172. ive removed the torx screw but its still sitting tight...

i was just wandering out of curiosity if anyone is running twin carbs on any of the 172s/182s??? i used to have a set of 45s on a pug 205 mi16, the noise was just sex!! ive since sold the car on and its now having sum bike carbs fitted.....

spotted a black w reg 172 goin thru stockport centre along the a6 yesterday afternoon at about 3.45pm and this morning i passed a black 51 plate 172 on the m56 by the runcorn turn off at about 6.45am.........
