It's been a year since I bought my Clio GT 1.6 16v so I thought I write a little write up on my impressions. I've done 11 250 miles (18 000 km) in year, most of this is everyday city driving plus some spirited drives on B-roads when going on trips. The economy has improved and I averaged 33 mpg...
My impressions after 3625 miles
Cons:
clutch doesn't have a well defined biting point and is a bit spongy
perhaps would have expected better mpg (I'm averaging 28-30 mpg, city driving)
not enough low-down torque
would like firmer suspension
would like bigger wheels with wider track
would like...
Also, as there are only a few differences between the Clio GT and Twingo RS engines (Renualt says cylinder head, camshafts and mapping) someone who does Twingo RS maps can probably do one for the GT...

I like the seats, for me the support is excellent, but I'm also missing the reach adjustment. If I was ordering the car I would have paid for the card that includes the reach adjustment, but I was in a hurry and bought the car they had in the showroom.
