    Longer drive shafts

Be interested to see the answer to this...I've always been quite surprised by the lack of 'box swapping in the CS community, seems as if most tracks you'd do well to hit 130mph, yet the Clio is geared to something like 151mph isn't it? (Engine power runs out at ~141mph) Seems like these cars...

Non OEM trophy pictures + rubbish Orbisoud Video (Iphone quality FAIL )

Think this might be my fave modded example of any 1*2 ever tbh, I particularly like the way that despite having had loads done the overall impression is actually fairly subtle. Can't make up my mind whether to go down the cage route when I finally get another 182, it'll be my only drive and...

    De-cat my 182-yes or no?

I had a Miltek with straight-thru centre section & decat, sounded awesome and had no problems whatsoever. What ballache do people generally get from doing it?

    Few more MK4 spy shots

Ahh right, I'd seen 220bhp quoted somewhere for the 1.6T but possibly not from anywhere official, I meant as an RS version btw, 'standard' being OEM RS version. Even at 197bhp, you can expect as much as 20%-25% from re mapping a turbo, which would leave you at a pretty nice 220bhp with a couple...

    Few more MK4 spy shots

So they're rumouring a 220hp standard 1.6T? Could get as much as 15-20% off a map, 260bhp Clio with only a map? Yes please :p

    Well that went well...

Why is this third company remaining nameless? Surely if you've had a bad experience with someone its better to share it and stop other forumers/club members from making the same mistake. Just a thought.

Tyres why some rave about certain brands

Before my 182 met its unfortunate demise (nearly taking me with it) I stuck a set of Hankook's on it, from the advice of this forum. I'd had P nero-zero's on before which were absolutely fantastic, but all 4 needed changing just after xmas, and the front Pirelli's had only lasted ~14 months...

    Black 182 in scrap yard

haha only just seen this thread, when I crawled out of the passenger window I had a bit of a fright as the car had come to a stop on a walkbridge 20ft above the sea! Got away with cuts and bruises having had an epilleptic fit at the wheel, hit the accellerater instead of the break, head on into...

    Light sensor's stopped working.

Not being funny, but have you accidentally turned it off? With the key half turned you twiddle the light switch until it bleeps to re-activate it. If you knew this already then i apologize, but it caught me out a few days after I bought mine, embarrassingly enough.

    Clio 182 down

Thanks for all the support guys all the best to each of you too, i'll attempt to upload some pictures of the car, which was described by the paramedic as 'a black saxo with 2 exhausts' after the accident which might give some idea of the state it was in!

    Clio 182 down

Well this afternoon I was released from hospital following a really nasty crash in my pride and joy 'Jennifer', my Black Gold Full Fat 182. On entering a 30 zone on the A55 which twists around the headland at Penmaenbach, I suffered an epilleptic fit (not having been previously diagnosed with...

    PZero Nero

Ran these for a year and they were absolutely fantastic, excellent grip dry & wet and you could really feel what they were doing and how close to the limit you were. That said, the price difference between them and the Hankook's led me take the advise of many on here and give them a go, and...

I need rear disc and pads so

Had my rear discs lathed the other day over at Northwest performance and I can really recommend it to anyone, £10 a corner and they are as good as new which is a hell of a saving compared to what a new set will set you back. They were in a hell of a bad state and really have come out fantastic.
