    Sorted with a 5pk848, belt fits with pas pump still in situ so an easy temp fix! thanks all

    Cheers, guessing there is enough adjustment on the alternator bracket so that either of those belts will work (slightly different lengths)

    Any guidance, tips on how to? What holds the gear on? End casing comes off to reveal it I guess, is there a gasket or sealant for refitting the casing? Which 5 th gear are you potentially swapping to ph1 tom?

    Saw this last night, thought I spied an intercooler and obviously was not standard by the speed of it! Flicking through the pics from the photographer and saw your car with the front tyres lit up out of corners!

I dint think there was too much tolerance in the timing hence it being so crucial even when doing a standard timing. Obviously some room for small adjustment then providing you can measure...

    Oh ok, interesting. So this tool, puts the cam(s) in what kind of position relative to standard, and to the crank? Inlet stays as per Renault tool and exhaust cam is retarded? Or both are adjusted?
