evening all. I'm needing the lend of the tool to fit a new dephaser for my 172 after my mate says it definitely needs one. The car has done 88k, Ive found doco that proofs that cambelt and tensioners were done at 41k but no mention of the dephaser and now mate is saying theres an engine noise...

how does everybody do the classic/2nd car insurance thing? morning all. I've got a little clio 172 and about to collect a w123 230e saloon. Aiming at 4000 miles in each per year. What/how best to insure them for the daily commute/weekend thing? many thanks. Steven

hi. I've had to buy an emergency backbox off of eBay to tide me over until I get a decent system... But the seller, said it was off his ph2 clio 172 as mine. But, after it arrived today and I took it to the local garage the mech said it simply isn't the right one.. So, can someone please...

hi all. on way home from work backbox fell off. Because of the induction kit thing noice I've had no pre-warning.... Just slipped into 3rd to overtake a couple of casual commuters when BANG BANG SPARKS BANG... Back box rotted off completely. I'm in County Durham UK area... Current eBay stuff...

Morning all. After accidently leaving off the coolant cap 3 days and 60 miles ago, on checking this morning - after a minus 3 frost last night - my 172 started first time. Jeeees. What a plank! But, jeees, what a car! Shouldn't I have killed him? Longstaff
