I have the same car with what sounds like it might be the same problem. After any sort of steering input the wheel will default back to about 10 degrees right causing the car to drift that way. There’s also less centring force on the wheel and the car feels more ‘vague’ when turning right than...

Think its normal for O2. Never received a confirmation email when I ordered a phone from them about a month ago. Phone arrived 2 days later as expected. Don't think theres any need to worry.

The car is meant to lock itself. If the doors are unlocked but not opened it automatically locks again (i think its about a minute after pressing the button). Its a security feature so you don't accidently unlock the car and leave it open.

As above. Illegal to have more than one policy on any car (according to direct line anyway).
