I'm inclined to agree mate. I have covered as much ground as possible today but it could be literally anywhere. I am going to get the bike out tomorrow!

Don't suppose you left anything with GPS in the car like a tomtom? you can track the newer ones.

Really sorry to read that mate. Clean looking car aswell.

As Dan says, some people will see it as worth the hassle. I see it as a 3 grand Clio. If someone is desperate for bits then they'll lift it. Still strange.

Utter ballache though.

It's a horrible feeling! It's the principle more so than the money. I have put hours and hours of time and effort into the car to get it to where I'm happy and some utter scumbag thinks it's acceptable to just lift it. I guess it's just money to them though.

Just a thought, have you rang the council?

I had my (bosses!!) company car lifted when I left it down town. I thought it got pinched but it turns out someone complained about my parking.

Just scooted up the feeder and back checking a few side roads and found nothing either pal. Really hope it turns up.

Yeah I did mate, they said they haven't taken it and wouldn't lift at night unless it's an obstruction.

complete scum of the earth, i was only reading your project thread last night...... what a cracking car. I really do hope you find it mate.

Im guessing it's either not to far away parked up in a sidestreet or a unit, possibly to see if its got a tracker?, it could be down at the docks on a container to by now, does each container get searched, i assume not!

This is the general consensus mate, the next 24 hour or so will be critical. The police seem to think it will be local to see if it's tracked and will then be moved. Just really hoping it turns up, it's starting to sink in now and I feel like my heart has been ripped out.

All my mates are keepin an eye out, fingers crossed mate. Might even take a drive round bristol later, c if anythin comes up. Still cant believe its happened mate!

I have had a few leads which have been followed up but no sign of it yet. Starting to really sink in now, just trying to remain positive.

my advice would be to get out there mate and just search all the places you can think of nearby which are in a secluded area and out of public way. The next 24 hours or so are the most critical, best of luck. Were all anxious for you mate.

I saw this on Facebook, ended up doing a detour on the way home after being passed by a silver sport lol must have followed him 10-15mins before I got the reg and noticed it was different !

I also can't help but think you aren't helping yourself by giving away the amount of money that you've spent on it. In no way am I having a dig here, but telling the internet that you've spent 4K on mods in X amount of time isn't exactly putting thieves off.

This is a good lesson to everyone about how much you share with the Internet, since it's obvious that some ones researched this car prior to stealing it.

again... I'm not having a go, because what's happened isn't your fault and it's pretty s**t.

It's not hard to see that the car has some nice bits on it, the c*nts who done this know what their doing.
