Right guys,
Had an apology from Lohen as they are now unable to do the 8th due to personal commitments so they won't physically have people available for us. They have come back and said that at this stage we have Saturday 15th October or we're then looking at Saturday 12th November. We have a selection of Sundays in October if these don't suit.
Because of this, I will refund any monies to people as its something that couldn't be helped, or if people can get a Sunday which they think would be suitable (apart from 2nd or 9th October), then we can try for that.
Let me know of any other dates and we can go from there.
If people want to leave their deposit as paid, then that is no issue...but we need a suitable date.

That's perfectly fine John, I just wanted to give people the option in case they can't make it as it is circumstances outside of my control.

me or Danevo Cant do 16th oct at santa pod that day will confirm if any other dates are out today but should be ok for any other day. You can hang on to deposit no probs. Cant Viezu do 8th oct instead or is that messing everyone around ?

Right, Paul from Viezu has come back to me and they are fine to do Saturday 8th October.
We will be looking for 08:30 - 09:30 start (9 might be best idea) and each person will be around 20-25 minutes.
They will run through your results with you to see what could be better and there is also a chance to see live mapping (if you want to/time permits).
It won't be 3 runs, but what they will do is a couple of runs to get the figures if they are the same...then that's sorted, if it takes 4 runs to get the figure...again, no issue.
It will be £35 per person and I will be requiring £10 deposit as soon as is possible. Paul has asked that I provide him with definite numbers by next Tuesday so if you can get your deposits in asap I can get back and we'll be good to go.

Theres a decent Harvester at the M42 junction in Bromsgrove and also some good roads around that area also. Worth a pm to Chris (vdust182) as he knows the roads in that area a bit better than me. Certainly had a few good blasts around the Lickey hills and surronding areas before.
