im jsut startin to get into home cinema, im a newbie to it all so im not gonna spend a fortune but i've just brought sum TDL saturn 10's and am about to order a Onkyo 506 reciever. just gotta decide what rears and centre to go for next so any advice chaps? anythin "entry level" will do for now, but not too poo

Nope. But it is close. I want to wall mount the tv and put all the equipment elsewhere but have to re carpet the stairs and do a load of other things in the house first to keep wifey happy.

The HD drive and Wii is covered in Matt-Black Vinyl. Cost about £6 delivered from eBay.

Worked a treat.

Yep those images I posted are the sort of things i put in all the time... Got some much fancy images at work

My home install images I have never taken before so just took them now.. Not great quality as I could not be bothered getting the lighting right. Cant be bothered doing photos of every room.

I have gone for all my kit for the whole house in 1 x 19" Raq (except the screen and games console) and obviosuly all the cables are hidden. Basically its all fully networked and I have so much kit I have to raq mount it.

How much can you get a Harmony one, or 1000 for?

i just got a hamony 1000 and i'd highly advise you to consider the harmony one for real world use. the one's "hard" buttons are far more real world friendly than the 1000's touch screen buttons and having to fiddle round with pages of touch screen buttons.

not that i am unhappy with my harmony 1000, it's just i was expecting it to be a little more user friendly. i will still be sticking with it for the wow/boast factor

With size guestimattes like that its no wonder they call you the Hoff

And you're eyesight is clearly better than mine if you can see that there is no lock on that handle.

My first thoughts were that it couldnt possible be as there is no dirty footprints, didnt study long enough to notice the lack of lock but that gap is never 38mm.:rasp:

However if it is he is a burglars wet dream and im pm'ing .Griff ASAP for an adress.

Some nice sets hear...I have some nice TVs at home but old Sony surround. Need a new one, a Br player and better connectivity between all my devices really, want to get the PC involved in it all but not really sure how yet.
