Yongnuo Flashes

Hi Guys,

Want a studio style flash set up in my spare bedroom ..

So 2 x YN468's so i "could" use them on camera as they have built in ETTL

or shall i just get cheap YN460 II's?

either will be used with rf602's

Hiii iv read lot of good things about Yongnuo flashes mainly the YN460II and the YN560I/II.

Lots of leading strobists love them. They seem to be the goto hot shoe strobe these days since Vivitar went and we lost the 285.

If its fixed studio work if I was you id go for the YN560 as I believe it has a PC socket so you can run cables as apposed to optical or radio so you should have no misfires.

YN560s are now being shipped with metal feet too which is nice.

f**k any form of TTL IMO do it all manual.

Looked at brollies, stands, brackets and backdrop stand and drops yet?

i THINK ill order the 560's as they look pretty cool .. and everyone said dont touch on camera stuff ..

IF i go for cabels instead of rf60's .. which cables and how much?

im proper confused flash is all new to me

If it was me id go radio as the odd misfire wouldnt both me.....

silver or white brollies?
