I decided to finally do some of the work to get my bean back into shape. things to do:
1. Clean
2. Clean
3. Clean
4. Polish
5. Replace Exhaust Mounts
6. Replace splitter after fox destroyed it
7. Replace back bumper as r****d van driver reversed into it before i bought the dam thing
8. Refurbish all alloys
9. Sort nearside headlight discolouration
well i managed to get 1,2,3,4,5 done before CSS13 i shall upload some pics to go with.
NEED ADVICE
got a quote from a friend about getting rear bumper done, i thought it was going to be a heat weld jobby for next to nothing, but was quoted £300 for a heat weld, staple, remold and respray entire back bumper. is this worth doing for that price? does it really need that much work? because of the rare colour i have, is it advisable to go for it with a chance the colour match maybe slightly out? pics to follow
whats the best method on cleaning the discolouration of headlights? ive head wet/dry sandpaper does well but wanna know if the are anything else before i go for it
